The snowdrop - Galanthus Nivalis in latin - is the first bloom to emerge when winter starts to give in for spring. To me, the first snowdrop I see in February or March always feel very special and it’s intricate design of drop-like petals never seize to amaze me.

Handwoven scarf in tabby/plaid cord technique. Made of wool (Swedish wool, mohair, alpaca), silk and a small dose of polyamid.

Washing: machine wash cold or on a “wool” setting. Can also be hand washed cold/luke warm. Avoid tumble drying - this will felt the scarf. Dry lying flat, preferably on a towel. Can be pressed with a regular steam iron and brushed to regain fuzziness.
